Green Team

Garden Club - sponsored by Ms. McCormick and Ms. Kilbride, with guest appearances from Mr. Williams, meets after school Mondays from 3:30-4:15.

This club provides both classroom education and hands-on experience in a variety of areas, including proper planting of vegetables, importance of weeding, proper watering, benefits of composting and pleasure of consuming items grown in the garden.  The hope is to create a better understanding of how easy it can be to grow inexpensive, nutritious food at home.
